Another of our adaptive reuse projects transformed an old office building, formerly known as the M&M building into nine apartments.  We created a custom layout for each apartment that was thoughtfully crafted to maximize space and natural light, offering residents amenities such as walk-in closets and private laundry spaces.  After our drawings were complete, Shaw Industries partnered with the building owners to create a living lab using a wide array of their products in the apartments. The residents of the building are all Shaw trainees who live in the apartments during their training and get to interact with the products and test how they stand up to daily living.
